Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on InNotes for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

3. LinkedIn Automation (optional)

InNotes offers optional automation features that access LinkedIn on your behalf using your own LinkedIn session. These features are off by default. By enabling automation and providing your LinkedIn session, you authorize InNotes to make requests to LinkedIn as you, solely to provide the features you enabled (such as job search and contact identity resolution), and you confirm you are entitled to grant this access. You remain responsible for ensuring that your use of these features complies with LinkedIn's own terms of service and applicable law. InNotes is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn. You can disable automation at any time from your profile settings, which deletes your stored LinkedIn session. How this data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

The materials on InNotes are provided on an 'as is' basis. InNotes makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

5. Limitations

In no event shall InNotes or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on InNotes, even if InNotes or a InNotes authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
